Please have your ordering information available when you call: description and sizes (if applicable) of the items that you want to purchase, your credit card number, expiration date, three digit security number on back, full name that is listed on your card, your billing address (the address where your credit card is mailed to), ship to address and name, buyers phone number and email address ready.

Please be aware that your credit card will be charged at the time of the sale, but a 14 day lead time is necessary for delivery of most orders. Some items may require additional time and some items will ship immediately. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Rush orders may be accepted. Let us know when you need the item(s) and we will attempt to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply, due to additional shipping expenses and priority handling.
We do not carry all of our items in all sizes and colors at all times. We do our very best to provide you with an accurate time frame for shipping and delivery. However, some items may be temporarily out of stock or back ordered, if this is the case, we will notify you and give you the option to wait for the item. Most of our manufacturers are very quick to ship items, so your delivery time would not be lengthy.

Texas residents and orders shipped within the State of Texas will be charged sales tax based on the item sub-total State of Texas sales tax rate is 8.25%.
You may return your item(s) to receive a Store Credit or Exchange of the Merchandise as long as the item(s) is in the original packaging, unused and in new condition . However, the return does not include the shipping and handling costs. If the item(s) is returned after 15 days you will receive a credit only for the purchase price. Due to strict, standardized health regulations, food items (i.e., treats, cakes, biscuits, etc.), pet carriers, beds, and blankets, are all non-returnable and Personalized and Custom orders cannot be returned.
Rhinestone Collars and Letters:
Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone collar.
Rhinestones could certainly pop out if owners allow rough play while wearing their collar, and as such, this is their responsibility.
An item may be exchanged for anything as long as it is in the original packaging, unused and in new condition. Please include a note letting us know what you would like to exchange the item for. If you are exchanging an item for one that cost more than the original item please call us before mailing your item to get the remaining balance. Due to strict, standardized health regulations, food items (i.e., treats, cakes, biscuits, etc.), pet carriers, beds, and blankets, are all non-returnable and Personalized and Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
Please include the original packing slip and write RETURN or EXCHANGE on it along with the reason for return/exchange and mail the unused item to the following address:

For your protection, we suggest you mail your returned package with insurance and with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We will not accept merchandise for return or exchange that is used or is in non-saleable condition. a Dog's Life! reserves the right to determine if the item is in damaged, used or non-salable condition.
- Due to strict, standardized health regulations, food items (i.e., treats, cakes, biscuits, etc.), pet carriers, beds, blankets, are all non-returnable. Please measure your pet carefully before ordering these items, to ensure that you are ordering the right sizes (also ensure that your pet will fit within the dimensions and weight requirements of the items). Please contact us for assistance, if needed.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
- One exchange per item is permitted. Thereafter, each exchange will incur a $10 charge per item.
- Personalized and Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (such as instructions, etc.).
- If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it, or accept it as it will be returned to us. We will resend the item to you and contact you via email.
